Which new Klipsch Reference could equal or better sound & power of legendary Klipsch RF-7?

So that Cinema 6 is better then the Quintet series? Is cinema 6 better then cinema 8 or 10?

Is the Synergy Series B2 or B3, or the Reference Bookshelf RB 10 again that much better then the Cinema 6 setup? Would you suggest the RB 10 absolutely without a doubt over the B2 or B3?

Cheers

Klipsch might re-launch a similar RF-7 very soon.

The bookshelf series; B2, B3, RB10 are no longer available.

Cinema 6 trumps SL on paper. It has better freq response but sensitivity wise favours SL. When it comes to bass, Sub 12 has lower freq response.

good.. very humble aa.. m using the f1, c1, r1, sub12 5.1 setup bro.. feel the c1 is not adequate la.. at some range, the conversation clarity is average at best, more likely below average.. the others are okay considering the limited space have..

no specific budget, am open but if can trade in my C1 for a better centre speaker, so much better.. btw, you still use the v1800 & klipsch f1 5.1 setup?

A step up would be Klipsch Reference IV RC-52, which s6xs9x and arremie are using it. The clarity would be a lot better than C1.

Sorry as I do not accept trade-in. I am using Klipsch KG4.2 which is utilising 10" woofer and 10" passive radiator for my home. Next would be RS-42 / RS-52 for my surround and the Coda8 will be relinquished to rear surr task.

I am still using my AAD center, which is in my possession for about 5yrs. No plan to upgrade yet. If upgrade, it would be RC-64.

its okay htkaki.. i understand..

i am exploring to;
option 1 (cheapest) - upgrade my C1 centre speaker
option 2 (average) - add 2 speaker & make it 7.1 system
option 3 (expensive) - upgrade to RC-52

to assess better, would you mind PM me;
- the best price for the centre speakers of some of the Ref IV models
- the best price for RC-52
- your sales price for F1 5.1 package w sub12 (to gauge how much i can get for my 4 months set)

i am very interested in Klipsch center and rear and a 10 inch sub, which model i shuld get considering this budget:

Sub - <1200.00
center - <400
Rear -< 500

Center speaker only can allow the most 4 inch tall as anything more than that will block the screen.

My room size is only 10 ft x 12ft

Just top up your budget for a little to get Sub 10. As for center and rear, I am sorry as I do not have any models that could fit your budget, The cheapest combo (center and rear) is about RM1,420.
