 recomended overclock setup for my PC

hey because i inserted a new ram..it automatically reseted my previous overclocked parts which i do not know which is the part that is overclocked because its configured by the guy who sell the pc to me.

so now i will need u guys to recommend me a set of overclocking for my PC.

below is my system currently:

need more info..what kind of mobo u use..ram type..
btw..do u have the basic knowledge for OCing?if u do have it will be quite easy..if not..imposible..its like u are asking a mechanic to teach u how to overhaul ur engine by urself thru phone..imposible is imposible
with cheap mobo..people usually can go up to 2.85-2.9Ghz at stock voltage..
