If you're wanting to hunt suggest you find a few people who are willing to let you hunt on their property first. You need them to sign the permission papers before you can apply for a license.

Hunting in crown land is illegal in WA. I think it is only allowed in NSW, TAS, NT, SA and VIC. Queensland, ACT and WA don't allow hunting on crown land.

Fyi, I just called up Malaysia HICOM Canberra today and they said that there will not be anymore application of certificate of good conduct done in person anymore.

Any application for Letter for Good Conduct can be made online via the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs homepage at www.kln.gov.my, under icon e-consular. The system will take effect on the 1st of January 2011.

Exactly. In the form, it's stated as 1 to 2 months, the usual processing time. Has anybody done it in person in Putrajaya? Does it in anyway expedite the process?

HAHA they dont do it in person anymore? good luck. it'll probably take 4 months for the whole process now

and also my gf's situation getting worst..her major is Marketing and its under VETASSESS board which means my gf need to assess her course through VETASSESS to decide whether her course is eligible/match with SOL..if successful then she can apply for TR/PR..else, sayonara..

i asked them about it and they said that course is fall under certain group and need at least 1 year employment experience only can proceed for TR..zzz

do i submit online application first or get the statutory declaration letter signed? which is at canberra first right??


anyone knows any 'lubang' ?? heheh
damn it la...
so if i apply now..then march my student visa expires..then i have to go back?

– you are under 45 years of age;
– you have been employed in a skilled occupation for at least 12 of the last 24 months
OR you met the Australian study requirement in the last 6 months; and
– the relevant assessing authority has assessed your skills as suitable for working


i finish in july 2010 : so meaning i CANT apply at all now? cuz it;s pass 6 months??farkkk

it's still ok? since it asks to submit documents to support, so i assume it's my statement of completion which states july 2010

so if march also haven settle the police check, have to go back malaysia and then what's the next thing?

oh wait. i remembered my situation was a little different than yours.

maybe u can try and fool them by giving your graduation date but no guarantees

if not u go back. or u can try the working holiday visa
