May i know how to repaint the fron panel ?

It is plastic ...

Is it the same procedure as for other metal part ?

And , what kind of sandpaper do i need ?

yes it is almost same with painting metal...
For better effect, you can use no:800,1000 sand paper
if you want to use 1200/1500 also can, but will take longer sanding time
After sanding it, spray one very thin layer, then another layer, then another... *remember must be thin layer, very very thin
spray until 5/6th layer you can see the effect
then the effect come out will be very nice

*IMPORTANT:
The plastic must be completely 100% sanded all the way, don't miss a spot or the paint wont stick on it
