Hello. I plan to buy something from Yesasia.com, but i never buy from there before.
Is yesasia.com trustable? Will they con me or scam?

The grand total i should pay is rm133.xx, and i dont have a credit card, but i can pay by cheque.
However, is public bank's cheque international? I mean, yesasia is in hong kong, when they receive public bank's cheque can it be used?

And, yesasia.com mentioned that the cheque should be posted to their hong kong address. How if they receive the cheque, clear it and dont post the item to me?

BTW, this is the 1st time i am buying from online shopping websites other than Lowyat.net trade zone.
I hope someone can enlighten me. Thanks.

Buy Paypal Fund In Forum, Then Complete The Transaction..
There Is Few Ppl Selling Paypal Fund In Garage Sale.

And The Rate Also Look Better Than CreditCard Charge..

You dont really need a credit card for paypal. All you need is a useable debit card that allows you to purchase things online. As far as i know in msia, only public bank;s debit card can use for online trading. All you need is rm20 to open up a savings account and voila.

YesAsia is a trusted site.
Bought from them before.
One time I bought they send me wrong item, the exchange process was a breeze.
Their service is great since they will respond to your problem immediately.

As for payments, I suggest you use PayPal rather than sending cheque as it will delay the shipping process

no worries over Yesasia

they are a big, established online retailer. I bought twice from them via Paypal payment, no issues.

I've bought DVDs from them several times. No problems. Good enough shipping and service. They are very reputable and I've paid for my items using both Paypal and credit card.

One time the DVD I wanted arrived there to them with the case cracked and instead of sending it to me they told me about it and said they'd get me a replacement but it would take some more time. I liked that they actually thought about that and e-mailed me.

I stopped buying from Yesasia. The last time I bought my package was held by malaysia custom and I had to pay tax! A few other times the package was opened by our custom also.

May I know what are the items that likely will be hold by our custom when purchasing stuff from YesAsia. Is CD & DVD must be taxed?

i think if you buy few in 1 time is worth
if you buy just a 1 that the shipping fee is expensive for only 1 item
