That depends on what you mean by "good side". A person in a good mood is normally more understanding and tolerant to differences, which leads to less conflict. Its true that people tend to project their own expectations on others, but that's why you have to understand that people are different. If you stop for a moment and try to be in their shoes, you'll get a better perspective.
