K-on style is daily clumsiness jokes and a little bit about musical, more open for pple to enjoy. Lucky star jokes revolve around japanese daily culture and a little bit about otakuism, so self-proclaimed otaku who are outside of japan can't comprehend some the message and non-anime-fan sure find it boring as hell.
