Lol now u knw... At 1st i tot cheap also cause i saw jusco those selling candy and stuff corner there, they all use acrylic tank, very neat
Until one day i ask the auntie hw much each tank cost and she said over 200 LOL

Crazy... thought that plastic is even cheaper than glass. but proven wrong here...

lol.. i sometime use togoya stirage box as sub tank as i move my snake back to penang for my sem break. light and easy. not like glass tank, heavy.. For scorpion small small glass tank still ok la .. haha

one question. how do you know when your scorpion is about to give birth? my gravid female just stood still with its legs risen from the floor and its chelicarae coming out. tail curl. so.. any answers.... dont want to disturb her wanted to poke her see if shes ok but dont wan...

Is it safe to use red soil as substrate for a AFS?

Hmm nt sure bout it but correct me if im wrong, red soil turn quite muddy when sprayed with water?
I still prefer coco fiber, u can get it easily too
If u cant find try pm leetplayer, he have some for sale

red soil ... i think ya .. when mix with water .. it will be messy. And it might stick on your scorpion too .. make the scorpion look not so nice. I'm using those soil that sold in the flower shop or gardening shop. Just tell them those soil that do not have any poison inside 1, want organic 1 or you can request those soil which have mix with coco fiber 1. Coco fiber soil will keep the humid level longer then other soil.
