If you're gonna pierce by needle (RM60 at Borneo Ink, cute piercer) it'll recover faster and there won't be a "bump" - Can I wash it whenever I take shower?

If you pierce by guns, it'll take longer to heal but much cheaper. My recommendations, needle. All my piercings were done with needles.
You can do whatever you want, just try not to "kemik" +the piercing when sleeping. And for food, I ate anything. Had barbecue the night I got my labret piercing
These were my latest babies. Then one decided to keep hurting, so I had to remove it. Oh well...
