 Use US itunes acc d/l apps via iphone?

btw can we use US iTunes account to download apps/games from appstore via iphone wifi?
i've just tried using US account.. error msg 'ur location isn't at US'...

Many of us are using it. I don't see why you can't. This has been discussed with solution given. Please take sometime to understand how to go about it if you can.
