I would like to know here, if I'm going to buy a house through property agent how doesn it works? As my first time to buy a house via property agent. Just worried If I get cheated as they take my money & run away. I heard many cases thats why I would like to know if anyone here can put in some info how it goes.

I have seen a property via an agent & I need to pay, thats why I'm wondering if I pay them the 3% deposit then what happens?

If anyone could just explain to me be much appreciated. Just a first time buyer via agent.

Yes I know them via advertisment. But my question is how it goes? I mean the procedure .

U pay the 3% then ....? What makes me secure once I pay the 3% deposit to the agent.

Thanks,

Really appreciate it. I'm buying a unit in PV10 setapak & via JA Valley Properties. They are professional from my point of view & also very nice agent that handle me.

I saw a few unit in PV10 Setapak & few agent that I follow, I would recommend a few Property Agent which I personally think are professional:

JA Valley Properties - My opinion the best service.
I-Realty - Professional
Property Inns realty - Very Panctual, Professional
Reapfield Properties - Best
Henry Butcher - The Best

The worst I came across & my personal opinion is Metroworld Realty & the agent name is Vangel.

This is the worst agent that I came across, Metroworld reputation will go to drain if they keep an agent like her.

I'm not sure how Metroworld Realty are, but the the reputation comes by their agent from my point of view.

- Not Panctual
- She advertise something & show a different thing (Not sure what you call it)
- In my point of view not a professional agent.

Usually you can differenciate Educated & uneducated. You know what I mean icon_idea.gif

I didn't say all, but there was a person in Metroworld Realty that I think are very professional like Alex Mah which panctual & very professional. If you want to use Metroworld realty look for Mr.Alex Mah (Professional) and not like Ms. Vangel you will loss interest looking for a house with her.

If having an agent like Ms.Vangel I think the customer will run.

Anyway this is just my 2 cents experience finding a house experience.

As I'm buying from JA Valley I think I got nothing to worry as they look professional.
