check out palm springs @ Kota d'sara.......I think a bare basic unit there is about 850 per month.....

if not wrong, pelangi d'sara would fetch slightly more.

cheers

flora damansara is the one deep inside the jungle right?? very hulu right?
by the way, i used to stay in pelangi astana before.. the condo is quite ok.. with good facilities and all..
somehow that area is not so safe yet, unless u can afford to get those high end condo eh..
palm spring has too many students there already. i found that the apartments or condos there have a lot of africans staying.. so i don't quite like it eh..

800sf would be Block F of Pelangi Dsara without swimming pool. RM650 is very good price for tenant as rent can hit RM800 over there.

i previously went to view the units there, at block k.

Agent claimed rental can reach RM 1k for a unit at the said block, swimming pool view. but i have my doubt.

Can anyone confirm the rental ? it was a 900sqf unit 3 bed room type.

by the way i didnt manage to purchase the unit there thou, couldn't come to an agreement with the agent on certain issues.

Of course RM1k is possible esp if unit comes with kitchen cab, 1 or 2 airconds, water heaters, lightings and fans. Eventually it comes right down to demand & supply. If the same client sees a few units and another owner asks for RM900, and the furnishing is similar I bet client would take that unit over the RM1k unit.
