The Side Panel Spraying Process
[ First Layer ] ![]() ![]() [ Second Layer ] ![]() ![]() [ Third Layer ] ![]() ![]() [ Clear Coat Layer ] ![]() P/S : If you can notice in the picture above, i accidentally screwed the clear coat layer and now Restoration is being done and results will be posted below. ![]() w00t ~ i managed to fix most of the damage done earlier ! oh .. kinda busy lately .. very sorry .. today just finish my third paper ..

i only left it to dry for ... hmmm 1 hour.... coz the spray said ... quick dry in 10 minutes wad ... Tml i gonna use 400G remove all the paint and start again .... |

baobao, the CM 690 is widely available
price wise depends on the seller LYP is selling at around MR260 but price varies quite a lot, since the casing is REALLY FAMOUS and lots of people uses it |

small cutter will do the work? but that honey comb thingy is quite hard/thick.

you will need to use a special cutter which are specially for cutting tree branches or metal sticks ..
but a strong meat scissors will also do the job .. |

Ah I painted mine black too..But i only painted the silver parts to matte black/flat black..
Also Only 2 - 3 layers are enuff, make sure you paint on very2 hot day + no wind if painting outside. After spraying, lest to dry overnight.\ Also noticed the "meleleh" effect + splatter drips. After spraying, clean the nozzle b4 spraying again (excessive paint). For the "meleleh" effect, wait for it to dry, use sandpaper to make it even, then spary back. But its ok i guess since it is in the inside and no one can see it.. |

din u wanna spray exterior part also? my cm690 got abuse from me after not even 1 month receive in my hand... somemore i use the sandpaper before spraying it...and...last thing i am thinking of...why must i repaint my exterior.... i dont have idea now...wanna make some repaint again....but dont have freetime to do so... any update? so ur idea's only wanna cut the honey comb and painting inside?
