all those expensive shop...my dad hate shop with tax

No particular shop...

You see, i eat at Cha Chaan Teng, also can reach RM 1x per meal...

Whereas ramen also roughly the same price

kim gary french toast and cheese baked rice is very very good

Sooner or later, people may say McD is a place that is cheaper to eat due to promotion, but of course, i don't think everyday makan fast food

Well, the cheap promotion is done and over with... no more cheap McD... but McD every year always raise price little by little... getting a bit sick of it...

Small stalls can be affected much by price increase

But McD purchasing size is too big, that they can mitigate the price rise...

Still affected but MacDonald cost versus gain is too large.. any cost slightly up or down wont affect it too much.
