Unlike overseas professors, they are very open-minded and they are ready to exchange thoughts with you, which I longed for during my Uni years.
I can still remember a Computer Science professor from Campbell University, USA who was hired by my college to give a 3 week intensive lecture. He is so far the best professor I have ever met. He taught networking, and he made the concepts of the OSI layers very easy to understand. Until today I still have a very deep impression of what he had taught.
