haha.. as long the computer didnt detect any new hardware, so it's good to go.. for me, i just go to device manager, and scan for hardware change and automatically install...

i tried oledy.. cannot laa.. i cannot unmark the catalyst box.. only can unmark south bridg filter driver.. i select all.. and then, install it.. but finally, it errors ...

how i want to know the south bridge is intstall oledy?

as for the mobo, it was actually a suggestion from my friend... it was Oct last yr, and i was looking for a matx 790GX mobo (cuz i already thought of getting Phenom II back then), only Biostar's one fit my requirement in terms of spec and price...

well, i haven't done any oc/unlocking yet here, but wanna ask a few questions:



i see that the NB frequency is only 1600MHz, while i read on AMD website it should be 2000MHz for 720...

did a quick check at Biostar's website as well, it says support up to 5200MT/s

at the BIOS, it seems that the max i can go is 1600MHz

well, seriously i am getting confused... i saw in ah_khoo's screenshots before the NB frequency was 2000MHz... does it mean my mobo is limiting the NB frequency?

i didn't manage to set ht link to 2000 too... for nb multi, u can set it @ cpu ifd/vid control, but u gotta enable d custom p-states 1st...
