My Mom used to suffer from vertigo regularly when I was a kid. Someone asked her to brew Chinese dong kui tau with 2 un-shelled eggs (with shells). That cured her vertigo. Girls you could try it, won't cost much but just a bit bitter. I myself took it once when my head was spinning and was cured.

Sorry dear I don't know mandarin. blush.gif

Just go to any Chinese medicine shop and ask for 'dong kui' or 'tong kui'. What I did was I asked my company's salesman to get the shop to pack it for each day's supply and I dumped it in the slow cooker with 2 eggs, add a bowl of water and drank it when I came home from office. Was bitter sweat.gif

I used to call in sick when I experienced one of those spinning bouts rclxub.gif Went for MRI but didn't detect anything. My Mom then told me about this herb that cured her vertigo; I remember she was occasionally in bed for days. Had her meals in bed too. So I tried the brew for a few days and no more spinning and blackouts rclxms.gif

I searched the net for 'dong kui' and found this:-

Hope it helps smile.gif

hi, i need to boil the egg first, then un-shelled it & cook together with the "dong kui"?

oops! should be with shell blush.gif Amended my post.

No need to boil the eggs; just wash and dump in the slow cooker. Make sure they are fresh eggs not rotten tongue.gif

You can also eat the eggs if you wish. I didn't eat them, too filling for me.
