EARTH FEDERATION PHANTOM SWEEP TEAM
Hughes Curro: Male. Age 32. A veteran officer who leads the Phantom Sweep special forces unit charged with hunting for Zeon remnants. He has a bitter experience in which his unit was annihilated in the past.

Sherry Allison: Female. Age 24. She was serving as a test pilot but was assigned to the special forces unit as a replacement.
ZEON FORCES INVINCIBLE KNIGHTS
Erik Blanque (Blank): Male. Age 20. A young officer whose family is a distinguished family in the Principality of Zeon. He takes command of the “Invincible Knights” in order to execute a counterattack operation against the Earth Federation Forces.
Story: The time is Universal Century 0081. One year has passed since the war. Although the world was regaining order, small-scale battles continued in various places by the Zeon remnants who still continued to resist. During the situation, a veteran soldier of the Earth Federation Forces is appointed to a cleanup operation of the Zeon remnant forces. Feelings mix on the battlefield as the young Zeon officers advance their secret strategy for the revival of Zeon…

Well as always I was way off with my wild predictions, but then what else is new.  Clean up operations?  It could defnitely work.  This is a period a lot of people including myself have been waiting to see covered for a while, the immediate post-OYW period.  Of course the war couldn’t have just ended right then and there with the peace treaty and there were going to be some stragglers.  Apparently it was worse then we ever thought though…..so much so that with this new continuity it appears Delaz was beaten to the punch by a full 2 years in trying to bring back the flag of Zeon.

Also with Katoki at the designs I feel pretty comfortable.  I’ve always liked his designs better then Ookawara’s boxy units (including Wing Gundam) so I look forward to seeing what he comes up with.  And that’s really all the info there is now since Newtype is pulling another “Buy the lateast issue (April) to find out what you need to know about the new Gundam series and we TOTALLY promise it will actually be there ) bit like they always do.  I actually don’t actually expect to have anything more for you guys by April if you’ll note the sarcasm in my tone and how much I trust Kadokawa Shoten.

Also I’ve updated the Sora Kake Girl page up to episode 07 and will be getting back to Tytania soon enough.
