i have got to agree with this.

let's say i have very bad skin condition which make me eligible for the term ugly, say acnes, pimples, oily skin, and scars.
to get rid of these, i definitely need money to buy good skin care product such as masks, facial thingy and even go for facial to get treatment. i need cosmetics as well to "beauty up" myself and make myself presentable right? somemore, to have flawless skins good diet is important too and they are not cheap. that's why i made such statement. for some girls, the money they have is already not enough for them to fill their tummy what more to say wear beautifully (branded clothes) and good make up products. as we know mostly (i use mostly) good products are quite costly and expensive. so yeah. just my personal opinion. however, i do agree girls do not solely rely on outer to be beautiful, but well, under this thread,it's more of an outer, so i said these.
