IMHO, any girls(or any guys in that fact) can be pretty with the right 'setup' including proper makeup and dressing up.

Just be hardworking a bit and put in more effort to make yourselves presentable for the right occasion. When I say presentable, I don't mean overdo things. How to know what's the right makeup and dress to wear?. Do some research and observe what other people wear.
