61.6.163.29 is belongs to Jaring IP, does that means Jaring Broadband is better than Streamyx?

Noob Question.
If i have 2 laptop let say A and B. Okay now laptop A use a proxy to connect to internet. Can laptop B connect to internet using no proxy or both laptop need to set same proxy, else laptop B unable to connect internet. Pls advise. TQ. |

1. is proxy place between isp and our pc pc>proxy>isp ? 2. How to own a proxy? For downloads mainly from rapidshare. 4. How and why does proxy "dies"? 5. How to define abusing proxy? 6. How to find a fast proxy server? 7. how does the proxy server contry affect our surfting speed? is it like if i use us proxy then i can surf us website faster? |
