They only put that announcement like I said in the last few days, of course that is when they have no choice but to announce it. They never bother making proper official announcements whenever they do anything unless it's something they can't escape from the public.

can somebody please suggest to TM boss, to prepare back-up when upgrade ?
so next time they upgrade, the back-up line kicks in, and customer don't have to worry anymore
