They only put that announcement like I said in the last few days, of course that is when they have no choice but to announce it. They never bother making proper official announcements whenever they do anything unless it's something they can't escape from the public.

Oh it's just that 100 ~censored~ not the screamyx?

dis already listed on official site since few days ago.

I'm pretty sure the whole of streamyx is funked up atm. Terms like "upgrading" and "maintenance" are used to downplay the nasty situation I bet

What the different between 100 and 1300-88-9515?

100 - (include ur home fix line , celcom and streamyx)
1300-88-9515 (only streamyx)

only the service center mah.... the article didn't say internet.....

100 is the master number. When you have the options to choose, it will dial to 1300-88-9515 if Streamyx your option. From there, they earn double from the 2 dials.

can somebody please suggest to TM boss, to prepare back-up when upgrade ?

so next time they upgrade, the back-up line kicks in, and customer don't have to worry anymore

It's just the closure of their call centre what's the fuss.

Nothing was said about Streamyx lines getting disrupted?
