QUOTE(corez @ Mar 1 2009, 07:50 PM) In regards to Ronaldo winning everything with us, in my opinion it makes him more likely to leave us. Unlike born and bred in Manchester like Scholes, Nevilles, Brown, he came to us at the age of 17/18 and won everything couple of years later. His mom really wishes for him to play in the white of Madrid. He is also looking for new challenges like winning La Liga. My hope that any deal if it happens is to be done properly so that his departure would not leave a bitter aftertaste in our mouth. BTW, how do you fit 18 inches in ur pants? Well, I do have the same feeling like what you have. I hope Ronaldo proves us wrong. Because he has won everything with us then he will definitely look for a chance to win the La Liga/Seria A medal etc. Remember when Hargreaves left Bayern Munich. He too said he has won everything with Bayern including the Champions League with them and he wants to win the EPL (his homeland title) as well.

QUOTE(pip @ Mar 2 2009, 09:02 AM) After watching the match, is Tevez worth the potential 30 mil pounds? U can't rate/judge Tevez in just 1 game but I do think that the price tag is one of the reason we are a bit slow in securing his signature for permanent and even didn't mind losing the first-option.

QUOTE(Rhadykall @ Mar 3 2009, 11:47 AM) That's what I thought too. Although I'm more concerned about whether or not the FA will alter their rules in order to not permit this from happening again -__- Added on March 3, 2009, 11:53 amAaaanyway, mau complain a tiny bit about Ben Foster. His distributions are slow - be it kicks or throws. His kicks are better than Kuzzy's but it's not use if he can't kick em early enough for the lads to do counterattacks. Ben: Mau kick to Tevez? Or baling to Rio? Or to Scholesy? Or to... who ah? Rio: (ZZZ...) QUOTE(schmeichel7 @ Mar 3 2009, 11:58 AM) Sometimes being a goalkeeper it is always better to calm things first than straight away throwing/distributing the ball... It all depends.. experience will help him later... People all criticize us for winning the 'worthless cup' but to me, the satisfaction that comes most is from the young players making their name not just from the final but throughout the tournament.. We have many young players that is capable to play for the future of the club... including 2 safe goalkeepers as well.. That is the most satisfying point in my opinion... It reminds me of The Great Dane Single-handedly throw the ball past half a field to launch a counter attack. That is awesome. Till now you will hardly see a GK who can outperform him in this!

QUOTE(sunnyK @ Mar 10 2009, 09:49 AM) AC Milan aiming for double scoop of our central defence of vidic and evans @ 35 MBP. but i dont think both these players wanna leave united and neither will united wanna sell this 2 players source http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...s-14218135.htmlFirst - We don't need the 35million pounds Secondly - Our players are happy. Evans getting alot of chances in Fergie's plan. He will shine under Fergie and England is his home. Why would he wanna go out to somewhere else if the League at his home can offer him so much. Maybe some day players might wanna go abroad but I still don't see Evans would prefer to try abroad at such age. It is a risk. Vidic, I think he can get more silverware with us than with AC. Maybe in future when he wanna try something different but still I see him prefer to wear our Reds more than AC's Red Black.

QUOTE(creap @ Mar 12 2009, 10:04 AM) English fans were the pioneer in hooliganism, not just Roma's fans...But it is disgusting to hear each time a club plays there, someone is stabbed to death or injured. Yeah but so far I have seen alot of improvements in all these hooliganism. Infact, our records in term of our hooliganism are very good. Even during world cup I've seen alot of improvements and decrease in all these (England fans).
