Giggs and Park were rested and will be sure in the line up this mid week, as for Scholes, I think he will move to bench and let Fletcher or Carrick play.

remember...we not only play against Inter Milan, we play against Jose Mourinho's Inter Milan. Although their result is typical Mourinho's style but do remember one thing. SAF's Man Utd only beat Jose Mourinho one time only with all the encounter..let it be Porto or Chelsea.
SAF knows that. This post has been edited by beck_ken: Feb 22 2009, 02:37 PM |

QUOTE(shortleg88 @ Feb 22 2009, 03:18 PM) he did well against Fulham attacking and defensive wise, think he play better at RB it's not SAF...it's Fletcher beat Mourinho.did SAF actually beat him? But Ferdinand is pushing him wide, that would narrow his angle of shot, he would not have an empty net to aim for if Kuszczak had not rushed out yeah...that's one time....draw few and lost quite a few to Jose |

QUOTE(stevanistelrooy @ Feb 22 2009, 05:18 PM) Wan, you need to play as a goalie to think like Kuzzie. True. Rafael still young and he is weak when defending. He should be learning from Evra on how to defense even your size is smaller than your opponent. I can guess Rafael will sitting on bench this mid week and let experience player..well, only left O'Shea to play there.I'll rush out as well for the ball(which end up goal by Santa Claus) In fact, goalie have to make decision instantly when there's breakaway/mistake(like the one Santa scored). With Ferdinand chasing after Santa , Kuzzie need to close the angle and reduce the chances but unfortunately, Kuzzie and Ferdinand doesn't communicate! Ferdinand and Kuzzie stupid clash if either one of them could be more vocal on it and who's doing what. And Ferdinand mistimed or failed tackled also done the damage partially as well. The whole defence+midfield are the one to be blame IMO. The ball watching is avoidable. Hope that goal wakes the defence up and such chances if given to Inter, be prepared to be slaughtered alive. Rafael is still weak. His venturing upfront is good but still his defensive needs to buck up.At times I was wondering was he defending or using his body just to shield off the opponent. Yesterday match shows how vulnerable our right side with the constant bombing of Rafael upfront. You give such options to team who utilise wing play and you're dead. True also the Defence and Midfield should be buck up or else they will be dominated by the likes of Vieira and Cambiaso |

yeah..
let those youngsters who from early stage bring us to the final for starting 11 players like Gibson, Nani and Tevez should get a nod Evans should be rested because another injection will have side effect on him when he get older. Don't risk him and bring back Vidic, he didn't play for 2 games, and he is hungry plus he wanted to hunt someone down Since Rooney didn't start...he as well start too for tmr game |

QUOTE(kobe8byrant @ Mar 1 2009, 01:28 AM) If that were the case, let's sell all our players and just play the 9 year olds. After all, when Madrid wins the league, we do the same. It's BS, we create our luck. and some bogey teams can cause upsets too Added on March 1, 2009, 1:29 am Villa, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal could all spoil the party. starting with Newcastle... remember how we "suppose" to win but only ended up draw early of the season? |
