i think hosting local server is just a short term solution, in fact i think it'll be worse in the long term. People will be content with their local servers and TM wouldn't be more happy because less people's gonna complain = slower development.
The one reliable solution here is competition, if only there's one or two competing ISP, we would have a better service |

weird, 60.54.x.x is pretty fast but i get shitty connections when playing with singapore PSN players
