I got 60.54.xx and at least I'm now downloading at 30-60 KB/s rather that 1-10 KB/s

I'm on 60.51... and it's normal.
 As for downloading via Rapidshare I was using the Cogent server the whole of last week getting full speed. But today it just wouldn't go above 20KB/s  so I tried several servers until I found the one that gives me full speed. That being Teleglobe this time.  |
