i cannot download from rapidshare with full speed. speed like hell slow. using premium account also get around 4-5kb only. what the hell are they doing

what are we suppose to do. this is really piss me cause paying rapidshare but cannot download. mostly international link give me time to make some coffee before the page fully load. call to report and they give same stupid answer and give stupid step to do. do they know some of us are computer technician and even network engineer that know what the hell is happening
