The download speed seem back to normal i guess because i'm getting 20 ~ 30kb/sec using IDM from MU.
But still i miss the speed from ip 60.49.XX.XX because i can get 40++kb/sec for my download.

It bypasses TMnet's throttle? How do you do that?
To me uTorrent 1.8.1 is throttled. Kinly PM me for the solution or just post here.

Okay guys! Here's an update!

I called an TM technician. Not CS.

They told me that Streamyx are facing slow International link. AGAIN.

Try this website and see you can access or not. If you can't, means you're having the problem too.

From the result seem promising but in real situation its a slow download speed for RS.
But when i test MU download in full speed. I kinda lost what TMNut Screamyx trying to play around.
