i am from kuching. its 100% exactly same thing happened to me. they reset our line on 27/3 midnight, after like 5 min i reconnected back. i stuck forever on 115.132\ 115.135 forever these days. tonight more worst, 115.132 forever.  think they start throwing rubbish ip to sawarak     

after a months i study tmnut ip range ( dc n connect like 1000x).

i found out certain range are fast on certain area. u need to get the specific ip range to connect to specific area.
for me, 60.54 gives best on 83.xxx in euro and 206.xxx in usa.  . 118.101 best for 74.xxx in usa. 124.182, 124.132 is the most lame ip range which suc in all area like tmnut.

theres is mystery cycle every sunday. after sunday the connection would becomes fast or slow on specific area and this last for a week.
