Since last night it has been getting better.
MMO no problem, msn is ok and most websites are fined.
Facebook a bit slow, but still bearable.

I suppose different people get different mileage.
The game I am playing, was 300ms before, now 700ms  Not doing much downloading, so I can't tell the difference there. But the feel is it is not back to normal. |
