i am from cheras lo..but i think the 60.49 thing is quite random? the bf said he got 60.49 alot of times, but then the speed is not fast for him.

my browsing is ok but then downloading is still very slow. 1mb package but dl is like 15kbps. @.@

i think complaining to skmm works coz after i sent the online complaint form, they called me this morning and asked me about the complaint i filed and was extremely nice to me. what a realistic world!

continue to bug them or lodge a report at KTAK(the ministry). you bug them to open a report and they might rebate you. but have to wait super long la.

i am using 1mb but then my dl from mega/rapid/youtube all normally is about 40-50kpbs. very teruk......even before this whole 'maintenance' thing happened, the speed like that. they came over and changed all my lines and etc, but the speed still remains @.@
