I've been experiencing slow load times for the last 3 weeks or so, and it just keeps getting worse. EVERY site, no matter local or not, crawls. Even lowyat.net loads EXTREMELY slow for me. Anyone get this too?

It was awfully slow just now. Then I restarted my router and it's damn fast now. Torrenting at 160KBps now.

My line drops every 5 minutes. The DSL just blinks there and I have to restart my router. Repeat after 5 minutes.
