Streamyx is acting up every month, coming up with different reasons to cover up how the service they provide totally sucks!

I have tried switching to P1 W1MAX but it seems like I get frequent disconnection like once every 3-4 hours, usually when it can't receive any signal. That's the only problem i face with W1Max but it affects me gaming alot, so I canceled during the trial period. Streamyx was great that time, and after a week or two, problems came again that streamyx dc/slow many many problem, making me feel like changing back to W1max.. zzz, can Malaysia even provide a good broadband connection which has guarantee of good speed and minimum disconnections one day? I really hope that day will come.
