I've done my part by submitting the complaint via SKMM to ask for a rebate for all the Streamyx user in Malaysia. When will you?

Those in TM Point got nothing to do, they are just a worker to receive a complaint, they got no power to do, can't do any call to the highest authority. Next time, try to enter the TM exchange and find those called "Streamyx technician" and rant at them. They are the one responsible for the streamyx stuff (but limited to their area only) and perhaps they can help you to get "something" better from the TMNET HQ.
