well it's only decent 5am to 7am lol like how it always is. probably gotta wait till after 5th of march for latency to actually be better. this latency is horrible for gaming

most of the websites are fine...
wikipedia still loads slow, BBC does not load at all....have to wait to see how is it in the afternoon!! |

what i notice morning till 6pm is "normal" but after 7pm or so the oversea websites' ping results will rise greatly, including singapore sites

continue to bug them or lodge a report at KTAK(the ministry). you bug them to open a report and they might rebate you. but have to wait super long la.

Basically they say that you can request it after the problem is solved. Then the Billing dept will decide on the case. |
