I got 60.54.xx and at least I'm now downloading at 30-60 KB/s rather that 1-10 KB/s

Referring to your e-mail dated 21st February 2009 on the slow connection. Kindly be informed that currently customer may be experiencing slow connection to International website or link, this had been occurred from our end. Restoration works are still in progress by our Technical Department. It is advisable for you to monitor your Internet connection and call our helpdesk at 100 to know the status of restoration. Thus, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I notice the speed is dependent on the time. Just now it was running smooth but when it reach 8pm, the speed kinda slowdown Throttle?
