haha, i have found out how to configure proxy server in my browser...
now i can suft china's / hk's very fast...no problem at all.. as tech3910 said..its routing problem....can solve by usin proxy |

Which ip is good at the moment?
Its after midnight I can only reach 60.49 60.51. 118.100 at rare times 118.101 I can't seem to be able to get into 115.133 at moment which was ok speed when I received it earlier in evening. |
