Hi guys, I am now considering getting both ME 1 and ME 2 together thru Steam, but I didn't see any DLC in Steam (search result with keyword: Mass Effect), so If I purchase from Steam, how can I get the DLC?

QUOTE(kianweic @ Nov 11 2010, 11:19 AM) You gotta get them from EA. ie. using the Cerberus Network in Mass Effect 2. You'll have to buy Bioware Points and then exchange them for DLCs. For ME1, I am not sure as I didn't get any DLC. |

ME2 DLC still have problem with steam?
Last I know, some users might need to create their own registry so that the DLC can be installed. Btw, I am steam user, and if I installed the DLC, and then run Steam Backup. Would the backup include those DLC? |

QUOTE(kianweic @ Dec 16 2010, 09:17 AM) If you installed the DLCs for ME2, Steam won't back that up. oh no... wonder why steam don't sell the dlc themself.. like the Fallout 3 GOTY..From Fallout 3 experience, I bought the game from Steam and the DLCs from GFWL. Also, Steam does not backup all the mods I have installed for Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. Tks kianweic |
