hi everyone.need advice for overclocking n cooling method on my compaq presario c700

here the spec

amd turion 1.9g
2g ddr2 ram
nvidia graphic card

but the problem here, my laptop quite off when heat. already assemble the laptop b4. n seem like the nvidia GPU n amd CPU overheat n my original heat sink cannot support to cool the GPU n CPU.

already put artic silver ad the CPU n the GPU still have the original rubber heat adsorb. quite afraid if put the artic silver on the GPU. isit ok if i put some artic silver on it?

what i need to do?
change the heat sink?if change the heat sink need to find the suitable wif my mobo n air flow on the cover.
