if she's acting like such a twat, just let her go.

If you've already really tried talking to her already (by that I mean if you try to bring this matter up to her, and she says 'let's not talk about it' you pressure her a little into actually talking it out and not just say 'ok let's leave it at that') and she's still like that.. really, just let her go.
