Fees involved in the sale and purchase of a house

What are the fees for a house that costs 700k? S&P between Purchase and seller MOT Is there any others? Assuming zero cost entry, i guess loan agreement will be borne by bank, right? |

Rough rule of thumb, allow 2% of purchase price for legal fees, disbursements & misc. charges until collection of fees.
'Free' legal fees package by banks are not really free. Ask them what if u don't need them to cover the legal fees n disbursement. Usually, the rate/ overall package is different |
