Thats when they had limited coverage. Now itsnwide

Guess TM is pushing some of its customers to JARING , so that they can lease the load up. Anyway Jaring's network is free as they dont have much users , meaning that your internet speed would be fast. Honestly , if you're paying RM 66 for 512kbps , its worth it for you to switch to Jaring

Hahaha exactly useless bunch of goons @ TM.

When hell breaks lose they shout for help. How bout those still under contract?

They are going to apply the same monopoly practices with HSBB and you know how it would turned out.

Wow, they seriously need help on their grammar.

What do you expect the non English speaking CS staffs there to do? Write to you in formal English? But then again, if the company emphasizes on nice English, most likely the technical department would suck.

Malaysian companies can't be good at everything.

I've been meaning to ask this, why should WE apply by you? I know you're a trusted lyner.. but for what reason? well if u wanna get commission obviously i will subscribe from you biggrin.gif

Of course la if not you think he's willing to waste his time checking your phone line whether got port availability or not?

For each subscriber, the reseller agent gets like 1 month subscription from Jaring.

You also interested in becoming an agent?

easy job or not? lol, I'm underaged.. hehe.. 8 years old

Who wants to work without getting paid anyway?

Look at the other forum members here. They just create new thread and ask people to provide them with their phone numbers so that they can check. If ok, then they help you fill up forms. Easy or not?

One subscriber say he gets RM80, if he can get few a day his job is done.

Don't feel like paying him, you can be a reseller yourself and subscribe your own line. Simple as that.

Everything is about money.

Jaring used to be reliable on dial-up days. Hopefully it's the same still.

true, but now we have quite a few ISP that are catching up with streamyx in popularity.. like Maxis, W1max, and JARING, this should lighten the traffic for each ISP by a bit, no? if all clog up on streamyx of course will be slow
*
There should be even more competing isps for DSL.

I want to see at least more than 5 providing ADSL on TM copper lines nationwide. Then we talk.

When that day happens, we see real competition. Bandwidth will also be enough to keep people satisfied and quiet.
If you don't like isp A jump to isp B, if both doesn't satisfy you entirely then subscribe to isp A & C, login with different accounts depending on usage all on the same phoneline.

Network neutrality will not happen in Malaysia just like how the BN government works.

KL as shown in your sig.
Like my area too.
Most areas in Klang Valley already under fiber loop with RDSLAM small cabinets on road. No chance of getting Jaring
because it's no more direct copper connection to telephone exchange

I called jaring and they said the ports for my phone number were not bought by Jaring from Streamyx, thus they cannot provide their internet service .....

So what can i do -.-;
*
That means they are telling you that TM is not selling any ports in your area to Jaring.

TM will not sell any ports to Jaring if they own the remote DSLAM by themselves.

Why make things so complicated?

Today's a weekday.

Just give Jaring cust care a direct call and they'll do a on the spot check with your phone number.

Why waste your time PMing your phone number and have someone direct it to another of his friend?

Why the circle of my friend his friend, I can do this for you with my friend's help this and that?

You know my friend's mate father in law to be can be his uncle's classmate who works for TM who wants to know your phone number for marketing purposes.

I'm a bit curious for a person who resells Jaring Broadband services is also selling uTorrent WebUI at the same time.

Is Setiawangsa a Haven for P2P activities?

Is there a local syndicate running P2P servers hosted overseas?

the last 2 weeks my Jaring already slowing down liao with all these new users flooding the lines with BT sad.gif. It's just a matter of time before they'll turn crap like streamyx.
*
Hahaha, the TM agents were told to direct potential customers to Jaring so that they could offload their network for the time being until their network issues are resolved.

Good too if everyone makes the jump to Jaring then at least I have better peace of mind with my Streamyx line.
Those who sign up 2 years contract with Jaring will have to suffer for the remaining years to come while Streamyx improves.

Ironic isn't it? The people who recommended you Jaring services whom are TM agents in disguise will be laughing on their way to the bank.
