Though i've read this topic many many times till i think my eyes would bleed I have been devoided of the chance to know wether Jaring throttles our BT.I mean are they even giving us our full speed?We're paying for 1MBps SO WHY AREN'T WE GETTING 1MBps download speed?

"Why don't I see my torrents going 1MBps instead its stuck on 40-100KBps eventhough my friend from another country can download it at 1MBps using a 1MBps line?"<<This is a question which have yet been answered to me.

How can you provide the proof that you don't throttle your line?Will be written on paper or in the contract how can I believe that you will not throttle BT.

Other questions:Will congestion occur causing massive slowdowns.(Please provide PROOF)

I want to see Jaring's best speed.

Finally I want you to honestly tell me is Jaring better then Streamyx.
