check out the newspaper too, the number of vacant condo around kl sentral is increasing too. many companies is moving out from plaza sentral or the building nearby to jaya one, uob, etc due to insufficient parking space and high rental. condo will not be so attractive now as most of the nice view will be blocked by those incoming new buildings.
