hi guys & gals... DIGI Broadband sucks big time after they started launching it more aggressive!! i'm on extreme package.. it was doing well initially, but for the past few days, it has the following problems!

1. line kept dropping & i have to either reconnect via digi login or manually disconnect & log in again;

2. line kept switching to edge or wcdma..; and

3. cannot connect to digi router..error 619

WHAT'S WRONG??? Really want to throw the modem back to them!! going stupid celcom & maxis way... TSK! TSK!

btw.. i am using this TURTLE BB at ampang..

hi colt45, i'm @ bukit indah, ampang.. Digi ran a banner campaign here about 1 - 2 months ago.. offering free modem & the turtle!! hehe!!

Expanded is one thing, but keeping the connection stable is another issue bro!! better test it 1st before commiting.. otherwise become celcom/maxis again... overpromise!!

i suggest forget about all those coverage crap... better to get a modem from a fren & test it especially during EVENING to NIGHT time prior to subscribing to Digi..

NOwadays a lot of marketing hype to snare us naive users via the telcos cheap & wide coverage crap talk...

tq fellow lowyat members for taking note of my suggestion except for FONDA82.. maybe digi hav special package for their outlets @ tremendous speed @ other users expense to support their commercial claims??? anyone can find out about it...

seems most of us hav prob but dear FONDA82 is so sure of SUCH EXCEPTIONAL SPEED... maybe we need to change our agent to FONDA82!!!

true terradrive, very sound advise for wud be subscriber... I strongly urge ppl to try d prepaid version 1st.. to reduce unnecessary $$$ damage!!

frankly speaking, given a choice, I wud prefer having constant connection @ a slower speed than having extreme speed for 1 min & then disconnect... It's a hassle if u r using the broadband for urgent/important matters @ night.. nonetheless, its best to try it @ a lower entry cost 1st and then decide.. Coz upgrading is a simple adm task... cheers!!

digi broadband has gone from slow to lousy!! been stuck at authentication for ages!! stupid error 619 kept pooping up!!! jeezz.. seriously want to discontinue this turtle digi!!

logical answers skYY.. however, none of the above .. Have been paying all my digi bills (extreme package @ RM188) on time every month since getting it last year.. Have seen the turtle product deteriorate month by month.

Onli thing positive i can c is the turtle can procreate faster ie. covering more areas now, maybe at our expense in d klang valley coz the competition is too tough for them.. therefore, the turtle decide to concentrate elsewhere in m'sia...

so syiok!! finally cancelled my EXTREME PACKAGE @ RM188 per mth!!! good riddance of these wireless broadband lies!! If i'm not mistaken, digi marketing strategy is to pump up their capacity/speed access for all their new area to create "excellent speed" to entice new users.. Subsequently, they slow down and then repeat this step for new places... Damn good trick.. pulled new users & also from other telcos... Anyway hav fun playing games DIGI!! I'll b waiting for YTL 4g..
