i also got try twice, 1 time hit 4586kbps and 2nd time hit 5120kbps at 1u-friday.

at least they do roadshow where they have coverage,

different story with Celcom who is so desperate to get more customer base and they did a roadshow promoting their wireless broadband at Aeon Bukit Tinggi-test their speed and page load slow like shit, did not allow me to do speedtest............my digi edge can load faster than that

I did call the CS about the coverage for Digi BB. Was told Bandar Utama does not have 3G coverage for Digi. I told the CS, why did a launch in 1U when Bandar Utama no coverage? Sad to say even AMAX and P1 does not have coverage in this area. Strange isn't it?

There are some occasional disconnections at times but this is really rare and there isn't much fuss about it. smile.gif

Thanks for the info but I do hope it's not something that Digi would do to disconnect the connection over period of time. I'm playing a lot of online games. So hoping that we have a reliable connection. Dont mind paying more for excellence service tho..

Cheers!

Since my Izzi will expire soon and I am looking around other provider, how much roughly is the modem if i were to use digi 3G? Does it come together with the plan? I am staying at Jalan Damansara and my condo unit is at about 11th Floor. Anyone can advice?

Go to digi.com.my. It has all ur answer. For me, this is the best Broadband ISP. Hopefully they maintain the speed and service when more customer base. Getting ppl sign up is easy but to maintain high level of customer service, now that is the challenge for all ISP.

sad to say fast connection but not reliable. Keep getting random dc. Y charge fair usage policy when we cant get steady connection?

Random dc is very annoying. Cant we here in Msia get a reliable ISP?

Hi Guys, im staying at USJ 1 and i can detect Digi 3G signal using modem but my area are not under coverage from digi website. I wanna know can i still apply for Digi BB?
*
Yes u can but they wont guarantee the speed. They wont stop consumer from applying as it is not based on where we stay. Makes no sense as it is suppose to be mobile. I am using Digi broadband eventhough not officially covered. So far satisfied with it.

Same but when I play games still ok. Just some lag spike at times. I guess its a hickup occasionally.. Just like having pms haha..

Prolly some network interference. I guess wireless is like tat sometimes but overall Digi still lives up to its caption. "Broadband Done Right"

Anyone experience slowdown in Digi broadband recently? Mediocre service as compare to last month. Is it user getting more and cant cope with the bandwith?

these days Digi started to slowdown especially night time.. Could it be more user, traffic getting congested?

Digi looking into this? Why still promoting the 700kbps average speed when we can hardly get above 40kbps these days? Even the upload also slowdown. Getting only around 15kbps compared to 30kbps previously.

DIGI started to show sign of slowing down.. Been using a year and the speed is getting worse. Cant get reasonable DL speed these days.. Always slow from 7pm onwards every night.
