 Here's a morning speedtest with the Extreme plan. I already lodged a report to DiGi and they too say that it shouldn't be like this as I'm within high speed range. There's probably some technical issues in my area since I am able to get 3mbps in Sunway. |

 Another speedtest that it started off at 30mbps and then slowing down until 17mbps, in a way yes it is just a sudden burst of speed. |

In the coverage map, there is no coverage for Taman Connaught, Cheras but when I tried it there, there's HSPA coverage so if your area isn't in the coverage map but somewhere nearby is in the coverage map, there's a high possibility that your area is covered although it isn't in the coverage map.
