Guy I wanna ask you.
I received my 1st bill from DiGi and inside there got Broadband Modem Purchase but I alr paid when I get the modem and sim card. I wanna know how come it still stated inside ? |

I'm just sign up the new package rm38/month at pcfair last week... the speed ok but after 7pm, its drop to 128kbps...huhuhuh... i think need to change the plan after this....
really hope that digi expanding their network at my uni's place(pekan) more faster... right now just spotted only 3 places around pekan(some villages) not far from ump.... |

anyone knows whether this broadband can receive fax or not? Send fax to this digi number 016/014 xxxxx, then get fax, print via printer or pdf enable?

I'm postpaid subscriber. How do I know/check my Network ID i.e. 016/014-xxxxxxx? I only saw a long list of code on the SIM pack.

 Anyone encounter the same problem ? There's no internet access although it's connected. When there is internet access and if I idle for awhile to watch youtube clips(without any network activity) , I wont able to get internet connections although it's connected. Anyone could help ?  |

use digi broadband almost 1 year..no problem 4me and very happy...cheap and speed ok too...just experience hard time to upload pic to fb but after dl the firmware for modem then no problem...i love digi broadband

Yesterday tried prepaid also cannot, later ask in OCS say DiGi down. Not sure why, anyone knows?
