I've just grab HUAWEI E1762 demo modem for 100rm, and buy Digi internet prepaid(support 3g Turbo). I did notice it does apply 3GB monthly quote, does the new "unlimited usage" apply too?(the one that limit speed to 128kbps after 3GB quote finished)

I just wanna ask.
Is the broadband speed affected by whether an area has 3G or HSDPA reception?
Is it faster in those areas?
My dad's planing to get one later but I'm concerned about the speed and stability of the line.
