Last time can call them to send tecnician to check in your area, but the technician howsiao abit one, I say where r u now, he say got pass by the main road and check signal OK, but I say i din see any DiGi truck pass by also, he also cannot reply me. lolz

Their tecnician very lazy one, always bluffing that they got come 'near' my place to check when clearly i din see them also.
Best you can do is wait for them to upgrade or improve their service nia loh.

Hi des, try set your modem to WCDMA Only.Do this when the modem is diconnected. Go to Tools> Option> Network. Under Network Type choose, WCDMA only. Lije that your modem will only use the Hsdpa signal for better speed.

APN should be diginet for post paid using rm 48 plan right? Only DiGi BB users are 3gdgnet. I m also confused liao.
